Coaching
My approach is to meet you where you are in the present moment— your current state of perfectly
imperfect. We will review whatever circumstances may be causing the current “friction,” as well as
your thoughts and feelings about them (e.g., fear, anxiety, insecurity, self-doubt, loss/grief,
confusion, chaos).
Together, we’ll work through the four basic tools and practices described in The Discomfort Imperative,
focusing on how to apply them in the best combination to maximize your progress toward a greater
state of existential antifragility. We will develop your personalized plan for sustained, optimal
progress, adding any other helpful tools and practices that may bolster or accelerate your journey.
